Job Description

🔍 About the Role We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Site Supervisor (Structural) to oversee structural works on our building construction projects. This role ensures that all structural activities are executed safely, accurately, and in accordance with design specifications and project timelines. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate structural works including formwork, reinforcement, and concrete casting • Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards • Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure quality and adherence to standards • Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve technical and coordination issues • Maintain site records including daily reports, inspections, and progress tracking • Enforce site safety and housekeeping practices 🎯 Requirements • Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field • Min of 3 years’ experience in structural supervision for building construction • Strong understanding of structural drawings, construction methods, and safety protocols • Good communication and leadership skills • Able to work independently and manage site teams effectively ✅ Preferred • Experience in high-rise or commercial building projects • Familiarity with local construction codes and authority requirements
