Job Description

🔍 About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to lead and oversee building construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing site operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements • Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions • Review work schedules, manpower planning, and resource allocation • Conduct site inspections and quality checks • Report regularly on project status, risks, and milestones 🎯 Requirements • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field • Minimum 4 years’ experience in building construction, with at least 2 years in a managerial role • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proficient in project scheduling and site coordination tools • Familiarity with local construction codes and safety regulations ✅ Preferred • Experience in high-rise or commercial building projects • Knowledge of authority submission processes and contract administration
