Job Description

🔍 About the Role We are hiring a meticulous and proactive QA/QC Officer to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes on our building construction projects. This role ensures that all works meet project specifications, regulatory standards, and client expectations. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities • Implement and monitor the project’s Quality Management Plan (QMP) • Conduct inspections and testing of materials, workmanship, and completed works • Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation: ITPs, checklists, NCRs, and reports • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams on quality issues • Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements • Support audits and assist in resolving non-conformities 🎯 Requirements • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field • Min of 3 years’ experience in QA/QC for building construction projects • Familiar with ISO 9001 standards and local construction codes • Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proficient in MS Office and QA/QC tracking tools ✅ Preferred • Experience in high-rise or commercial building projects • Familiarity with authority submission processes and third-party inspections
