Job Description

🏗️ About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Environmental Officer to oversee environmental compliance and sustainability practices on our building construction sites. This role is crucial in ensuring our projects meet regulatory standards and minimize environmental impact. 🔧 Key Responsibilities • Monitor site activities for compliance with environmental regulations and project-specific requirements • Conduct inspections, audits, and prepare environmental reports • Manage site waste, pollution control, and mitigation measures • Promote environmental awareness through training and toolbox talks • Liaise with authorities, consultants, and internal teams on environmental matters 🎯 Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related field • Min of 3 years’ experience in construction-related environmental management • Familiarity with ISO 14001 and local environmental regulations • Strong documentation and communication skills ✅ Preferred • Experience in high-rise or commercial building projects • Knowledge of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and Environmental Management Plans (EMP)
