Job Description

🔍 About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead building construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, cost control, and quality assurance while coordinating with stakeholders and site teams. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities • Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources • Oversee procurement, contracts, and subcontractor performance • Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting • Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities 🎯 Requirements • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field • Minimum 4 years’ experience in building construction project management • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel) ✅ Preferred • Experience in high-rise or commercial projects • Familiarity with local authority submission processes
