Job Description

Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), and tender documents for traffic management works. Evaluate material, equipment, and manpower costs related to traffic control setups (signage, barriers, cones, lighting, etc.). Monitor and control project budgets to ensure cost efficiency in traffic management operations. Conduct site measurements and progress valuations for payment claims and variation orders. Review and certify subcontractor claims and invoices related to traffic management works. Coordinate with Traffic Management Officers, Project Engineers, and Contractors to ensure alignment between design and cost. Prepare cost reports, financial forecasts, and final accounts for traffic management components. Ensure all cost documentation complies with contract terms, procurement policies, and safety standards.
