Job Description

Responsible for managing daily shop operations and ensuring smooth running of the store. Key Responsibilities 1. Open and close the shop on time. 2. Welcome and assist customers politely. 3. Handle cash, payments, and maintain sales records. 4. Monitor stock levels and arrange for replenishment when needed. 5. Keep the shop clean, tidy, and well-organized. 6. Ensure all products are properly displayed and priced. 7. Report any issues or damages to the supervisor/owner. Requirements: 1. Responsible, honest, and punctual. 2. Able to communicate politely with customers. 3. Basic math and record-keeping skills. 4. Experience in retail or shop handling is an advantage.
