Job Description
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
➤ General clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
➤ Maintain and update records, files, and databases accurately.
➤ Ensure proper filing and safe keeping of documents, including confidential records.
➤ Prepare basic letters, memos, and reports as instructed.
➤ Perform any other duties assigned by management.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NEEDED
➤ Minimum SPM with 5 credits including BM.
➤ Good interpersonal and self-management skills.
➤ Honest, responsible, disciplined and proactive.
➤ Competency in MS Words and MS Excel.
➤ Proficiency in other languages besides English and BM is an added advantage.
