Job Description

Job Description: - • Ensure the standard of procedure of kitchen are followed while preparing the products. • Handle cooking tasks and ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. • Support the kitchen team in food plating and presentation. • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations. • Regularly clean kitchen equipment and utensils. • Help with inventory control, including stock rotation, and assist in ordering supplies when necessary. • Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set by KKM and Halal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations. • Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness at all times to meet these standards. • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
