• Ensure the standard of procedure of kitchen are followed while preparing the products.
• Preparing meal ingredients for the chef, which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients.
• Assist with unloading food supplies from delivery trucks, ensuring that all items are handled carefully and stored properly to maintain quality and safety.
• Properly washing and drying all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards.
• Pack take-out orders as needed, ensuring that all items are carefully and accurately packaged to maintain quality and meet customer expectations.
• Remove garbage, replace garbage bags, and clean garbage cans regularly to maintain a hygienic and orderly environment.
• Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required.
• Neatly organize and store all utensils, cooking instruments, dishes, and cutting boards in their designated places.
• Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set by KKM and Halal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness at all times to meet these standards.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
