Job Description
Job Description: -
• Managing the baking ingredients inventory and requesting the purchase of stock.
• Report to supervisor the inventory of egg yolk and tart skin before ordering cut off time.
• Tracking ingredient expiry dates and arranging their use accordingly.
• Ensure the quality of egg tarts meets established standards.
• Monitor the visual presentation and availability of egg tarts on display to attract customers.
• Report the number of remaining egg tarts and seek for supervisor instruction whether to continue baking.
• Maintain a clean and organized baking station throughout the day.
• Clean the bakery station after business hours and prepare it for the following day.
• Provide excellent service to customers, addressing their needs and inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and relay them to the Supervisor for further action.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Skill
- Required Experience :
At least 1 year of experience
- Required Education : SPM /
- Required Language : Malay / English / Chinese /
- Required Soft Skill : Open-mindedness / Customer service /
- Required Technical Skill : Microsoft Word /
