• Deliver exceptional and personalized service to each customer, consistently aiming for the highest level of satisfaction.
• Set up tables promptly and avoid leaving them unattended for extended periods.
• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and make recommendations, including highlighting any specials.
• Be proficient with system operations for order processing.
• Double-check orders to ensure food and drinks meet quality standards and customer preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, clearly identifying dishes and marking orders as served.
• Maintain cleanliness by keeping tables and chairs tidy at all times.
• Replenish necessary materials such as merchandise, pencils, and menus as needed.
• Ensure an adequate supply of takeaway packaging items at the packing counter and assist with the takeaway/delivery order process.
• Facilitate table changes when required to accommodate customer needs or preferences.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
