Job Description

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ➤ Operate council parking kiosk and cashier system accurately. ➤ Collect parking compound payment and issue receipts. ➤ Assist customers with parking inquiries. ➤ Handle cash, card, and e-payments responsibly. ➤ Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of council parking kiosk area. ➤ Prepare daily sales and collection transaction reports. ➤ Perform any other duties assigned by management. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NEEDED ➤ Minimum SPM with 5 credits including BM. ➤ Good interpersonal and customer service skills. ➤ Honest, responsible, disciplined and customer oriented. ➤ Competency in MS Words, MS Excel, and POS system or simple data entry are an advantage. ➤ Proficiency in other languages besides English and BM is an added advantage. ➤ Prior experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred.
