Job Description

Key Responsibilities - - Checking figures, notification and documents for correct information, mathematical accuracy and proper codes. - Useaccounting software to record, store, analyse information, and prepare financial statements. - Classifying, recording, reconciling and summarising numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records using journals and ledgers or computers. - Calculating, preparing and issuing bills, invoices, account statements and other financial statements according to established standards and procedures - Compiling statistical, financial, accounting or audit reports pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, payable and receivable accounts - Compiling, maintaining and updating company records - Attend to incoming phone calls, handle clients’ inquiries and provide assistance - Assist with administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as and when required - Perform other duties assigned by the Management from time to time

Required Skill

  • Required Experience : At least 2 year of experience
  • Required Education : SPM /
  • Required Language : Malay / English /
  • Required Soft Skill : Written communication / Summarizing / Documenting / Reporting / Problem-solving / Managing / Adapting /
  • Required Technical Skill : Microsoft Access / Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Office / Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft PowerPoint /
