Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time
• Verify delivery orders, purchase orders, and pricing before billing
• Update and maintain invoicing records in the system
• Liaise with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth billing flow
• Follow up on payments and resolve billing discrepancies
• Assist with basic administrative or accounting tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized
• Good communication skills and a positive working attitude
