Job Description
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, etc.)
Manage staff schedules, performance, and training
Ensure high standards of customer service and cleanliness
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally
Monitor room occupancy, sales, and expenses
Prepare reports and assist in budgeting and marketing activities
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies
