Job Description

- Perform a wide range of general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting work - Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to provide efficient and effective solutions - Conduct regular inspections of the building's facilities and equipment to identify and address any potential issues - Assist with the installation and maintenance of new equipment and fixtures - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and report on the status of ongoing projects - Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety standards and building regulations

Required Skill

• Required Experience : At least 2 year of experience
• Required Education : SPM / Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) /
• Required Language : Malay / English /
