Job Description

1. Set-up and lead business development function for OYO in the designated new market. May lead an entire city or a very important cluster 2. Develop holistic BD understanding of the market and the supply characteristics 3. Deliver on the supply targets and country expansion plan as per AOP for the respective country 4. Key responsibilities on day-to-day basis would include: 5. Build BD team by identifying & recruiting BDMs in local market 6. Provide training & mentorship thereby enabling BDMs to gain industry knowledge, functional expertise and know-how of OYO systems & processes 7. Conduct regular performance management exercise for all BD Managers
