Job Description
Skills require are coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and learning events, Maintain accurate records, feedback reports, and training databases. Ensure learners enjoy a positive and professional training experience, Handle training logistics – from registrations and materials to venue setup & Support trainers and participants before, during, and after training sessions.
Qualifications require are Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business, or related field., Prior experience in training, learning & development, or administration is an advantage., Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple programs at once., Strong communication skills – both written and verbal & Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools (LMS knowledge is a plus).
