Job Description

Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Supervisor to assist in overseeing construction site activities. The ideal candidate will support senior supervisors and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, safely, and according to project plans. Job Requirements : - Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. - 1–2 years of site experience preferred (internships can be considered). - Basic knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to read technical drawings and site layouts. - Willingness to work in field conditions and manage labor. Key Responsibilities : - Assist in supervising on-site construction activities. - Monitor laborers, subcontractors, and material deliveries. - Ensure work is being performed according to design specifications and safety standards. - Maintain site records including daily reports, attendance, and material usage. - Report progress and issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
