Job Description : We are looking for a skilled and proactive Agriculture Supervisor to lead daily farming operations with a focus on innovation and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in agriculture as well as the ability to operate drones for crop monitoring and farm management tasks. Job requirements : - SKM or Diploma in Agriculture or any related courses. - Must be a Chinese and Malay speaker. - Should be able to fly and manage drones for field monitoring. Key Responsibilities : - Supervise daily agricultural activities including planting, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting. - Operate drones for aerial surveillance, crop health assessment, and precision farming. - Analyze drone data to make informed management decisions. - Manage and schedule farm workers and seasonal labor. - Maintain accurate records of inputs, outputs, and drone flight logs. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper equipment use.

Required Skill
