Job Description
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure smooth service operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Manage the hiring, staffing, training, and maintenance of a diverse and effective workforce to support the service team.
• Manage and guide service engineers and technicians.
• Determine necessary resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish while considering budgetary constraints.
• Plan all service operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met.
• Participate in the company's ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
• Prepare monthly management meeting reports/presentations for the service division.
• Achieve the company's annual service target.
Required Skill
- Required Experience :
At least 5 year of experience
- Required Education : SPM / Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) / Diploma /
- Required Language : Malay / English /
- Required Soft Skill : Negotiating / Networking / Problem-solving / Evaluating /
- Required Technical Skill : Microsoft Office /
