Job Description

As a Senior Aircond Technician, your responsibilities will include: - Handling advanced aircond servicing, chemical cleaning, repairs & troubleshooting - Performing and supervising installations (split unit, inverter, basic VRV systems) - Diagnosing compressor, PCB board, gas leak, wiring, and drainage issues - Leading a team of junior technicians / executive on-site - Ensuring all jobs are completed with high standards and safety SOPs - Communicating with customers on technical issues and job updates - Supporting the operation team with job planning, reporting, and quality control - Training and mentoring new technicians

Required Skill

• Required Experience : At least 3 year of experience
• Required Education : SPM / STPM / Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) / Diploma / Degree /
• Required Language : Malay / English / Chinese /
• Required Soft Skill : Problem-solving / Troubleshooting / Training /
• Required Technical Skill : Project Planning and Scheduling /
