Job Description: NSS Key Account Manager (Entry-level) The NSS Key Account Manager will be based in an assigned area and must be willing to travel frequently, including to the Klang Valley. Candidates must have their own transport. This is a one-year contract role that starts with a three-month probation period; if performance is satisfactory, the contract will be extended for an additional nine months. The position is available immediately. The main responsibilities include following up on leads provided by Acquisition Leads, assisting sellers with all steps of the SPX registration process (including account creation and contract signing), and ensuring a smooth handover of newly onboarded sellers to the backend relationship management team after the incubation period. The Key Account Manager will also engage regularly with sellers to collect feedback and help reduce churn, as well as proactively identify and pursue additional leads beyond those provided. Regular travel is required to meet with sellers and leads. Applicants must have a good command of both Malay and English, written and spoken. They should be able to build and maintain strong relationships, work independently, and confidently pitch to achieve sales targets. Candidates should have an outgoing personality, strong negotiation skills, and basic knowledge of Excel for data entry and simple spreadsheet tasks. Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage. The role is open to fresh graduates with at least a diploma or degree. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The base salary is RM 2,500, with statutory benefits according to the Employment Act, as well as a milestone bonus and a discretionary incentive. The interview process consists of two rounds.
