Job Vacancy: Account Assistant
Location: Putatan, Kota Kinabalu
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our finance department in managing day-to-day accounting tasks and ensuring smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
• Handle data entry tasks related to invoices, expenses, and transactions.
• Support the team during audits and financial reviews.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., million accounting) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Previous experience in an accounting role is an advantage but not mandatory.
Job Details:
• Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,000 (negotiable based on experience).
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Saturday 8.30 AM - 12.30PM
• Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, annual leave, medical benefits, and allowances.
