Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute long-term channel expansion strategies across multiple time zones. Identify, recruit, and negotiate complex contracts with new distribution partners. Work extensively with cross-border teams, requiring availability beyond standard working hours. Drive partners to exceed ambitious sales targets under tight deadlines. Stay updated on intricate regulatory compliance laws affecting partner operations. Provide technical sales training requiring deep knowledge of industry-specific products. Requirements: Minimum 10+ years of global channel development experience. Proven track record in achieving aggressive revenue growth through partnerships. Ability to handle intensive travel schedules with minimal work-life balance. Strong financial acumen to evaluate partner profitability and performance metrics. Comfortable navigating uncertain and high-risk market conditions. Advanced proficiency in multiple languages, and China Dialects like Hunanese is preferred.
