Responsibilities:
1. Extend a warm welcome to patients and visitors facilities efficient check in and check out procedures, and effectively manage appointment scheduling.
2. Professionally manage incoming phone calls, messages and efficiency.
3.Thoroughly verify patient information and insurance coverage with precision, ensuring meticulous maintenance of patient records.
4.Efficiently process payments, including co-payments, and ensure accurate reconciliation of daily transactions.
5. Assist healthcare professionals by performing patient care tasks, such as obtaining vital signs, conducting routine tests, and accurately recording patient data.
6. Maintain a hygienic and organized clinic environment, including examination rooms, waiting areas, and equipment.
7. Manage inventory by promptly ordering and restocking medical and office supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels.
8. Strictly adhere to clinic protocols and procedures, prioritizing the confidentiality of patient and clinic information.
9. Effectively communicate with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families, conveying information clearly and professionally.
10. Participate in training sessions and ongoing education to stay current on clinic procedures, regulations, and technological advancements.
11. Consistently uphold clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
12. Prepare and administer long-term medication under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
