Job Description

a) Installation and service of Wellhead and Christmas tree which involving; i. Install Wellhead & Christmas Tree and ancillary equipment as per Operating & Installation manual. ii. Prepare Well Record. iii. Pressure leak test installed equipment as per Operating & Installation manual. iv. Usage and maintenance of Toolbox, BPV Lubricator, Casing Cutter and Chart Recorder; including preparation for next project. b) Daily reporting activity such as, i. Call and update OM every morning on the field operation status onsite. ii. Prepare Daily Activity Report and submit to OM every 2 (two) days. iii. To provide wellhead equipment and spares inventory list every week and report to OM. iv. To report immediately any field problem to OM and prepare preliminary Field Complaint Report (FCR). v. To submit Field Service Order (FSO) to Branch Office. c) If declare as unfit for offshore duty, required to carry out light duty activities related to operational matters such as documentation, reports, training, and any other applicable work matters at relevant SASB facilities (HQ, Kemaman, Labuan, VungTau Vietnam and Songkhla Thailand) until deemed declared Fit To Work Offshore by Approved Medical Examiner. d) Performing Factory Acceptance Test when required. e) Being a company representative on site. f) Perform any other service duties assigned by the Operation Manager (OM). g) Full support in implementation of Quality System, Quality System procedures, HSE Management System procedures and its supporting instructions.
