- Handle cash, direct banking, and cheque payment
- Issuing receipt
- Compiling of monthly management report
- Corresponding with Homeowner & Tenant
- Take meeting minutes
- Handle and follow up complaints
- Corresponding with contractors on any ongoing renovation

At least 3 year of experience
- Required Education : SPM / Diploma / Degree /
- Required Language : Malay / English /
- Required Soft Skill : Written communication / Negotiating / Inquiring / Customer service / Documenting / Conflict management /
- Required Technical Skill : Microsoft Excel / Microsoft PowerPoint / Microsoft Word /
