1. General Clerical Task - Answering phone calls, responding to messages, managing office supplies, and organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems. 2. Document Preparation - Quotations, Delivery orders, Invoices, Letters 3. Data Entry - willing to learn systems such as eMofPukonsa, ePerolehan, and many digital systems that are related to the task 4. Multitasking - Able to do any related job 5. Technical Skills - Proficient in all MS Office, Canva, all media social apps
