Job Description
1. Provide reception services in a pleasant , professional and composed manner
2. Involved in day-to-day operational tasks of the Academy and Hostel
3. Involved in student registration and management of new student enrolment
4. Manage the student database and filing
5. In charge of the maintenance of office and Hostel facilities and equipment as needed
6. Ensure that regular maintenance task/services are schedules and conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
7. Undertake any other duties that may be assigned from time to time and assist on follow up with relevant personnel
Required Skill
- Required Experience :
At least 1 year of experience
- Required Education : STPM / Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) / Diploma / Degree /
- Required Language : Malay / English /
- Required Soft Skill : Active listening / Written communication / Customer service / Reporting / Problem-solving /
- Required Technical Skill : Microsoft Office / Microsoft Outlook /
